Our Registered Behavioral Technician's Purpose:

As a key member of our Registered Behavioral Technician team, you'll perform:
Skilled therapeutic services directed by a supervising Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst.
Your responsibilities include:
- Contribute observations and information to plans of care for ABA Therapy.
- Make progress with patients directly and indirectly through treatment of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
- Maintain all necessary client documentation with confidentiality.
- Administer standardized assessments directed by the supervisor.
- Collect data for reassessment and re-evaluation of progress leading to discharge.
- Celebrate patient success to inspire others!
- Educate the public on how Behavior Therapy makes a difference.
- Support the whole child with our multidisciplinary team approach.
- Participate in supervision to ensure requirements are met.

Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications: To excel in this role, you need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a physically active environment.
- Required: High School Diploma or national equivalent, commensurate upon experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Registration obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) OR commitment to obtaining registration upon hire.

- CPR & First Aid certification.
- Pass background check.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
