Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavioral Technician and be a part of something truly impactful! The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. As Registered Behavioral Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Implement skilled therapeutic intervention directed by a supervising Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst.
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Contribute information needed for developing and modifying individualized treatment plans
• Maintain all necessary client documentation with confidentiality.
• Administer standardized assessments directed by the supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Celebrate patient success to inspire others!
• Educate the public on how ABA Therapy makes a difference.
• Actively participate in supervision to ensure requirements are met.

Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications: To excel in this role, you need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a physically active environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Required: High School Diploma or national equivalent, commensurate upon experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Registration obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) OR commitment to obtaining registration upon hire.

• CPR & First Aid certification.
• Pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
